Couple's Counseling
Couple's counseling is my first love. When I graduated with my first Master's Degree in 2013, my primary focus of study was relationships. In part because I needed to learn how to do relationship better myself, I have learned a great deal about what to do, and what not do in my own life story. I continue to grow and learn about relationship dynamics as I interact with my couples in sessions.

I also offer individual counseling services. Rather than pathologize symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other emotional disruptions, I prefer to view them through the lens of trauma, and relationship patterns. I have found that in most cases, simple truths can shift an individual's perspective in productive ways.
